Law 571/2003 regarding the Fiscal Code, Chapter III, Article 31, regarding the tax credit mentions the following conditions: the company should be within 3‰ of the turnover and not exceed 20% of the tax owed. These provisions came into force on 1 January 2004.
A sponsorship or patronage contract should be signed with the Association until 31st of December 2011.
What are your advantages?

What is the 2% campaign?
Annually, each individual has the obligation to pay income tax to the state.
The 2% tax provision allows each person to choose a charity or non-governmental organization to which they wish to reallocate 2% of the tax they already paid.
By participating in the 2% campaign, you can help children in difficult life situations without any extra personal cost. If you do not decide yourself who to allocate these funds to, the state will allocate them on your behalf.
What should I do?
Simple!
1. Download one of the forms below and fill it in.
2. You can submit completed forms in person or through the post (with confirmation for reception) to the Financial Administration to which you belong.
3. DONE!
If you income in 2011 came from wages only, download and complete this form.
If you had other sources of income in 2011, download and complete this form.
